- 納米銀成份不會滲入傷口及皮膚，可安全使用。
- 此敷料能將細菌連滲液鎖緊，並在合成物中消除細菌，減輕病人的生理負擔(bioburden)。

- 吸水量多於60% 每天可吸取75毫升滲液及揮發出130毫升滲液
- 一般3-5天更換一次 視乎滲液量

- Composed of a hydrophilic polyurethane membrane matrix with a semi-permeable polyurethane continuous thin film backing which is optimized for oxygen and moisture vapor permeability and as a barrier to liquids
- Contains (1) safe, non-toxic cleanser, (2) a moisturizer (glycerol, also known as glycerin), (3) an absorbing agent (superabsorbent startch copolymer), and (4) silver, all in the polyurethane matrix
- Both the cleanser and glycerol are soluble in wound fluid or skin moisture
- The superabsorbent starch copolymer contained in PolyMem draws wound fluid, which is known to contain natural growth factors and nutrients, to wound site
- Silver protects the dressing from microbial contamination
